Adeyinka O. Ogunlegan is a distinguished government affairs leader with more than 15 years of experience engaging policymakers at all levels of government. In her current role as Chief of Staff & Vice President, Federal Affairs at the National Urban League Washington Bureau, Adeyinka oversees a diverse policy portfolio, including primary responsibility for technology and telecommunications policy. She also drives cross-team initiatives and helps manage the day-to-day operations of the Washington Bureau.

Prior to joining the National Urban League, Adeyinka served as Vice President of Government Affairs and Policy at EducationSuperHighway, where she developed strategy and led the policy team’s advocacy efforts at the state and federal levels.

Passionate about equity and access, Adeyinka is committed to leveraging technology and policy to create opportunities for economic mobility, education, and empowerment for all communities.

Adeyinka earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Georgetown University and a Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law.
