Feliciano Garcia is the founder and principal of Manteca Media LLC, a strategic communications and media production consultancy based in Jersey City, New Jersey. He brings more than 20 years of experience in national broadcast journalism and communications to every engagement, built through his work at NBC’s TODAY, CBS News, and his own independent practice as a communications strategist and leader.

At NBC, Feliciano served as Coordinating Producer for TODAY, leading coverage of breaking news, presidential elections, and major international events, including the Olympic Games. He earned three Daytime Emmy Awards for Excellence in Morning Programming. At CBS News, he served as Senior Manager of News and Editorial Operations, where he produced award-winning specials, including Pandemia: Latinos in Crisis—recipient of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists (NAHJ) National Investigative Award—and was a key contributor to the launch of BET’s acclaimed investigative newsmagazine, America in Black.

Feliciano is the creator and executive producer of Cafecito, an independent interview series featuring influential Latino voices distributed across NBCUniversal Telemundo platforms, for which NAHJ honored him as Online Journalist of the Year.

Through Manteca Media, Feliciano has produced and managed some of the most high-profile events in Latino civic and cultural life, including the LULAC Legislative Awards Gala, the NAHJ Noche de Periodistas Gala, and the Cielo Latino Commission on AIDS Gala. These events have brought together elected officials, celebrities, journalists, and community leaders on national stages. He has booked and managed talent ranging from award-winning actors to heads of state while overseeing the logistics, rundowns, and media strategy behind each event.
